Steel Weight Calculator — Terms of Use

1. Operator

ORBYN Tech is a technology brand operated by LCH NETWORK MARKETING, a Malaysian sole proprietorship (SSM Registration No. 201403064285 (NS0127606-H)), No. 12, Jalan Lenggeng, Taman Pelangi Indah, 71700 Mantin, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

2. Purpose and limits

Steel Weight Calculator provides calculation, measurement-record or material-estimation tools for reference. Results are estimates, not a substitute for a qualified professional's design, calculations, site assessment or checks of compliance with applicable standards. Independently verify results before ordering materials, cutting, construction, installation or wiring. The App does not certify safety, structural adequacy, fitness for fabrication or regulatory compliance.

3. Your inputs and checks

You are responsible for correct inputs, units, quantities, selected standards and assumptions, and for checking them against actual site conditions, nameplates, original measurements, drawings and supplier specifications. Applicable standard versions, sources and calculation assumptions are identified in the App where relevant. They do not establish that a particular standard applies to your project. Seek qualified professional advice when needed. Safety and assumptions information is available without purchasing Pro.

4. Records and availability

Keep independent copies of important records and exports. Device failure, deletion or unavailable storage can affect local records. We may correct or update the App; these terms do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as available without warranties beyond rights that applicable law requires.

5. Purchases and consumer rights

Optional purchases, where offered, are processed through Google Play under the price and purchase terms shown before purchase. Refunds follow applicable law and Google Play's applicable policies. These terms do not remove statutory guarantees, remedies, refunds or other consumer rights.

6. Liability limits

Only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including project delay, wasted materials and lost profit arising from use of or reliance on the App. Subject to the same legal limits, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App and its in-app purchases. This limit may be zero for a free user only where the law permits that result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law protects it, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies. These exclusions and caps apply only insofar as they are lawful and enforceable; they do not prevent a court or tribunal from providing mandatory remedies.

7. Errors and corrections

Report suspected errors to admin@lchnetmarketing.com with the App version, units, inputs and expected result. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project documents. We will review reproducible reports and correct confirmed errors or clarify affected assumptions in an appropriate update. Do not rely on a suspected erroneous result while it is being reviewed; no fixed response or correction deadline is promised.

8. Privacy

The App's separate Privacy Policy explains data handling. Terms of use do not create consent to optional advertising or override privacy choices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Nothing requires a consumer to give up a forum or remedy that mandatory law provides.

10. Changes and contact
