STCW Tracker — Terms of Use

1. What the app does. STCW Tracker helps you organise your own certificate, document and sea service records and reminds you of expiry dates.
2. Not official verification or advice. The app does not verify certificate authenticity, does not provide legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee STCW compliance. Always follow the requirements of your employer, flag state, training provider and issuing authority.
3. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for checking dates against your original documents. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and may be delayed or blocked by the device.
4. Your data. Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the app's export features. We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost with your device.
5. Pro purchase. STCW Tracker Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
6. Availability. We may update or change features. We provide the app "as is", to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed renewals, incorrect entries, or reliance on the app instead of official documents.
