Privacy Policy for Site Measure Check: Room QA

LCH NETWORK MARKETING, the operator of the ORBYN TECH brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides Site Measure Check: Room QA (the “App”).

The App operates entirely offline, does not request Android permissions, and does not collect user data. This Privacy Policy explains local data handling within the App and how you can contact us.

1. Data Collection and Local Processing

We do not collect any user data through the App. The App does not transmit personal information, device identifiers, location information, usage data, or crash reports to us or to third parties.

Information you enter, and any settings or records the App saves, is processed locally on your device to provide the App’s functions. Local processing and storage do not give us access to that information.

The App does not require an online account or registration and does not connect to external servers.

2. Permissions

The App does not declare or request any Android permissions, including the Internet permission. It does not request permission to access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, or other permission-protected device resources.

3. Tracking, Third-Party Code, and Data Sharing

The App does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or automatic crash-reporting services that collect or transmit user data. The App does not use third-party services that collect or transmit user data.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose data collected through the App, because we do not collect such data.

Any copies you choose to save or share outside the App are managed by you and the services you select.

4. Local Storage, Security, and Deletion

Any data saved in the App’s local storage remains there until it is removed. You can remove that local app data by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

The App’s local data is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. The App does not provide its own cloud backup or synchronization service.

Your local app data cannot be recovered on a new device, after a device reset, or after you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. To keep your records, you must export them yourself and save the exported files separately before changing devices, resetting your device, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the App.

Exported files and any copies you independently store elsewhere are outside the App’s local storage. You are responsible for managing, protecting, and deleting those files and copies separately.

We do not maintain a server-side copy of your app data and cannot retrieve, restore, or delete your local data remotely. Local data is subject to your device’s access controls and security settings. Please keep your device and any copies of your records secure.

5. External Services and Email Correspondence

This Privacy Policy describes the App. Services you use separately, such as an app store, web browser, or email provider, operate under their own privacy policies.

If you independently contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. This information is provided outside the App; it is not collected automatically by the App.

We use this correspondence to respond to your inquiry and provide the assistance you request. Our email provider processes it for delivery and storage. Access is limited to people who need it to handle your inquiry. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We do not use it for advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children.

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised policy and update the effective date.

Any future data collection will be disclosed before it takes effect, and we will obtain consent where required.
